Following the launch of the new Towers Nerd web site, which took place just three weeks ago, we were made aware of a couple of bugs which affected Internet Explorer users whilst browsing our site. The issues are detailed below, along with information on our new videos and other changes.
Bug 1: Gallery Loading
When clicking on a gallery link inside the main gallery (http://www.towersnerd.com/gallery/) page, the title on the left hand side of the screen would read: "Loading Image List for Undefined" and once loaded say: "Images for the gallery Undefined". This has now been fixed and the title displays the corresponding gallery correctly.
Bug 2: Theatre Video Viewing
Once users had viewed one flash video inside the theatre (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/), any other videos viewed during that session would provide audio only, and the video controls would be distorted. This has now been fixed and videos should play back to back without any issues.
New Videos
We've added a couple of new video's to our theatre (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/). You can now view the Trip #12 (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/?video=24) (Scarefest) video, Fright Lights (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/?video=25) video and updated Web Site Launch (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/?video=19) video.
Theatre Sub Categories
Our theatre (http://www.towersnerd.com/theatre/) now supports sub categories. This will allow us to keep videos more organised, which will make finding what you're after much easier.
Podcast Added to iTunes
Our podcast (http://www.towersnerd.com/features/podcast/) is now listed in iTunes, and available to download for free via the iTunes store. iTunes also gives you the option to subscribe to the podcast, so you'll never miss an episode! If you don't have iTunes, you can find out more and download it for free here (http://www.apple.com/uk/itunes/). Your Views, the feature on our home page which allows you to text in comments on a monthly topic, will now cost just 15p per message.
