I was walking down the path next to haunted hollow and as you probably are aware there are many houses there. There is a normal house and i went round the back and saw through the window a lot of items. The house had relatively new decorating and wardrobes and carpets etc. Then there is Gunners cottage which looks habitable. Not forgetting the Swiss cottage on the hill which i managed to get up to. Inside there they was lots of tables folded up like a cafe (which back in the days it was). Also there are loads of old signs in a office room. One of which said Talbot restaurant and railway signs. When i get my new digital camera i will get some pictures. I was just wondering when did the last people move out of Gunners cottage and the other house as it still looks habitable? :)

Don't quote me on this but, I think some of the cottages are used as security lodges, also I've noticed in the past that some of the gardners work out of one of them (I think). As for the Swiss Cottage, I know it was used for corporate groups after the cafe shut down for a bit, but now as you said is probably used as storage for anything and everything, as is most of the places around the park, as we found out on the behind the scenes tour, they never throw anything away.

I belive the swiss cottage used to be a coffee shop or cafe. Also, the house next to oblivion, which you see as you leave oblivion, use to be the old cartering mananagers house before companies like KFC and Pizza Hut came in.

I don't see any old houses apart from the ones from Alton Castle, The Towers and the haunted house (Duel) in Gloomy Wood...
